Well im going to get a Video Camera. But not really sure what to look for and whats the go. So what would you recommend? Will be mainly used on RC cars....

The GoPro Hero line of cameras have gotten very good reviews. These are designed to be mounted on full scale vehicles, rc vehicles, helmets, wrists, surfboards, etc. I have seen sample videos, and the quality is fantastic.

I have used this one down below. It is a lot smaller and lighter than the GoPro series, but image quality is not as crisp. This one was intended to be mounted on RC aircraft:
