Your lines look good, if I could offer some help, thin the paint you are using for shadows and highlights twice as much as you are now, and make 2x as many passes building up those lines. It looks like your doing it in one pass, and it's not flowing well.

Thanks for the tip. I just got into it and my camera really spots out the flaws.

Best way to avoid that is take pictures in good light or natural sunlight without a flash, and a tripod.
