SPAZ STIX HOLOGRAPHIC AEROSOL
 

Has anyone tried this paint? How does it do and what do you back it with? Their website says to back it with a water based paint but I don't have an airbrush so what do I back it with? pactra? any advice is appreciated:confused:

I have not tried it in spray cans but to airbrush and I back it with spazstix high gloss black I think they are also available in spray can aswell

I've also never used it in a can (I need to pick some up! :sneaky:).

The holographic is one of those paints I use a lot just to add a little something to a base color to set it off and say make you think "hmm, what is that?"

Here it is backed in black (rear of the body). Of course, to see the real effect you would have to have it in front of you and see the color shift as you move it around.

does anyone know if there would be a problem backing it with pactra?

not a problem, they're both lacquer based.
