Default what do you back your paint job with to protect it?

I was thinking duct tape. If it rubs on anything on my buggy it takes the paint off.

Will duct tape work?

Also another important question. If i have some spots where the mask didn't hold and another color of paint bled through. How do you fix it? Or is there nothing you can do.

Some people use duck tape, I prefer shoe goo on the places it rubs the body. When it bleeds through I put denatured Alcohol on a rag and carefully rub the paint away. Thats just my opinion.

I back all my work with the Pactra White backer in 2 coats. Also if it looks like it will rub I will use a piece of scrap lexan with some servo tape to hold it in place. My slash rubbed right throught the lexan on the stocker in the fender wells. My new lid has not even one rub through witht he scrap lexan as protection.
