Does anyone know... I'm trying a achieve a tangerine color and was not sure how to get it?... do you think pearl copper sprayed over transparent light brown would make a tangerine color??

Should I use some black too maybe?

if its for a clear shell id go with a layer of candy orange (or 2), then a translucent-florescent orange, then red. put a layer of clear flake before the candy if you want and back it all with white. try that.
your idea sounds ok but would be pretty dark on a poly shell i think. work really translucent and you can almost find it as you go
ill try to post a pic of a Lexus i did that is Tang. i would say

well I am trying to get a little bit darker than your lexus you did.

k got the pic. try the 2 candy orange coats (light) then the red mixed with a little black. put the metal flake on first or pearl whichever u use.
