Looking for a good graphics program fro sticker making...

Im looking to make vinyl stickers,Can some one help me out with a good program for making stickers. Post links if you have them please.

Most any vector based program will work.

ILL
Corel Draw
Flexi, etc...

photoshop is the best for any graphics
