hi guys!!

I also have a supra body that havent paint.

But there is a problem with the windows, the body i have does not have any windows mask come with.

so i would like to know can any one who has a supra body, can they scan the windows mask ( 1:1 scale) so that i can apply to my supra body?

just use liquid mask then cut them out around the window panels, I don't think scaling it down from 1:1 scale will be a correct match.

I agree with hawker. I always use liquid mask for any body that does not have window masks. Works well for me. Also is would take alot of trial fitting to get a scanned image of the window masks to fit right.

the two types we have at work are maskol (which is purple) and this other one which is called Master Mask, I've never used maskol, but Master Mask is brilliant, I used one jar on about 5 body shells (completely cover it) and I still have enough left for a few more.

Its easy to use, brush a think layer on, allow to dry, cut the lines then peel away the masking you don't want, gives you clean lines everytime.

Dang Hawker beat me to it, replied as I was writing...LOL

I also use the Hobbico Master Mask. Awesome stuff. Alot of others use the Bob Dively brand as well and say it works the same.

it surprises me that tamiya didn't provide window masks with your body shell though, weird

thanks mate..

The supra body is not those from the tamiya spare part list.
I brought it via ebay, that some one take it out from a supra kit and sell it.

thats why it doesn't come with the windows mask, infect no sticker and wing at all too. i dont know why.

So about that liquid Mask, so i can just use a normal small paint brush to paint it on the windows? right!?

Where did you buy the Master Mask liquid mask from. Can I get it from a hardware store or do I have to get it from a hobby shop? And how much was it for the jar?
