Default Airbrush Questions. Air Pulsating all of a sudden

Hello everyone, I am very new to airbrushing and I have used this Badger 360 without problem for a couple weeks. I cleaned it all out because the thing was blowing air into the paint instead of sucking it into the brush. After cleaning the needle all is well... BUT now the air is coming out perfectly like a machine gun. Pulsating in a perfect manor. Not smooth like it was before. I have a compressor and also a regulator hooked up to it and I have taken the thing apart like 4 times.

I know its not the compressor because it worked fine last night and I know its not the regulator.

What do I check next?

Thank you!

With no water or paint connected to the airbrush the air coming out is smooth.

Turn up the air pressure...does it still do it?

Thin down the paint...does it still do it?

Spray water...does it do it?

Soak the nozzle and fluid path parts in autoair restorer (gets some if you don't have it) then flush it really well with water or windex. Try again.

It sounds like crud in a fluid passage, since it "works" fine without fluid.

Think that worked. I cleaned the nozzle good and then messed with the pin I think it was messed up.

Possibly the head was not screwed down all the way?
