You could get some offset hexes to take up some of the space. Integy or 3Racing make 7mm wide hexes.

I like the paint scheme on the yellow/white/black cars, but I'd go less with the decals on the VTA car.

Instead of seeing a beautifully painted car, the sponsor? decals are drawing all of my attention. It ruins my suspension of disbelief of thinking I'm looking at a paint scheme that could have actually been raced on a real track. Instead of seeing a cool race body, all I see is a toy car screaming at me to buy r/c products.

Again, I like the actual paint scheme minus the decals.

I've been seeing the McAllister VTA Cuda on the site and figured I'd try to paint one. I'm anxious to see how well this body handles on the track.

If it handles half as good as it looks you should be fine

The Cuda body works well they are good handling body. I recommend adding a rear spoiler within the VTA rules.

Vivo,
I queried the US Vintage Trans Am page on Facebook when the McAllister Cuda first came out and was told at the time that since it had a spoiler, they weren't planning to allow an addition to the molded-in spoiler. Has anyone heard differently?

No hadn't but the little thing on the back of the Cuda is not a spoiler. So when I go to a race where they say it's not legal I will take it off. Gary you need to remove the bump on the back or make a real spoiler. I talk to Gary about the body he made it for fun more then competition. Now it's time for competition I really like this body. Thanks for the heads up.
