I assue you mean chrome paint? I personally think Spazstix mirror chrome has a better finish.

Define "use with". You can't mix the paint with each other. You can paint one on top of the other providing the previous coat is dry. Spazstix (and alclad) are lacquer, and you don't want to throw too much lacquer on acrylic (faskolor) in one coat. Lacquer can melt acryllic if you paint too much too fast.

I was going to use the chrome for pinstripes and use the rest as faskolor, so yes it would be on the shell first.

Yes as Kcdzim stated, you have to be careful. Ultimately it would be best to lay the SSP down first, then you can lay down your Faskolor without any problems. If you find yourself in a situation where you have to apply a lacquer based paint over a water based, use much caution. Let it dry completely as Kcdzim said and you might even want to back it with another color or Faskoat first.
But they will work this way fine. Many painters do it all the time. SSP chrome is made to be backed with a water based paint just like Faskolor so laying your chrome down, then backing it with black and moving on to paint the rest of the body will be fine.

Good luck!
