Did a couple oval bodies for a race this past weekend





I did this one in Memorial Of Bob Bertotti he was a great painterand was a help to me when I got started in painting He will be greatly missed. The Tide car I did for his son to race at the event he came in third in the race






We all signed it and gave it to his Family

LMAO That's awesome, very creative! There's about one original idea every 5 pages, kudos to you. I'd paint the wing though, it looks weird as-is. Maybe black with the white spider-in-the-web logo or something...good job standing out from the crowd.

Hahaha thanks. Yer it does look a little weird. It looked worse with yellow rims. Not really sure wha to do with the wing. Stickers or no stickers paint or don't paint.

These were my bodies for racing. I only use rattle cans for it and I left a lot of empty spaces in order that I could easily see through the body and into my car for any mechanical or electrical trouble.

experimenting with fluorescent color.. still lots of practice to be done

Suppose to be flat black but ended up picking up a pearl black from the stash.. was too late after the 3rd coat LOL. Tamiya flat clear on exterior.





I hope the body last longer this time for GT2 21.5 Non-boosted. Had to use realistic bodies
