How do you make one? Is it just a vinyl graphic between two pieces of polycarb or is the graphic painted onto the board?

Most are a paper graphic sandwiched.

Some of the others are a printed vinyl on top of 1 piece of ploycarb.

Will are you going to make it to race 6 at B & B next weekend ???? We will be there on Friday morning. If you need a spot saved for the trailer let me know.

Send McMoney and email and he will hook you up with a great pit board and you don't have to do any work !!!!! (lol)

I was using a 8 process archival print that's UV resistant for the printing, and sandwiching the print between two pieces of either 1/8 or 1/4" lucite depending on the order and the usage. Thinner boards aren't as straight, thick boards were more expensive to make. In the end though for me to do it right and have it be the quality I wanted made the boards cost prohibitive to manufacture so I just did a small run for myself and friends.

If you use the sandwich method, you can print them on paper.
