Losi 1/5 DBXL-E Mechanical Brake Help
Hi all!
I just finished-up adding mechanical brakes to my DBXL-E. No instructions were included and, of course, Horizon Hobby technical support wasn't of any help, so I tried to do it on my own. Out of all the parts, the only ones that I can't place are two silver collars, the rest of the parts are installed and everything seems to be working. Here is what it looks like atm: https://goo.gl/photos/gm4GNTbx8WX3o3Gy5 The two collars, which I have no idea where they go, are these: https://goo.gl/photos/MWEk39rbjMFShdhD9 Can someone let me know where I went wrong? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! |
I posted this pic of mine in another thread a few days back.

I set it up similar to my 5ive. The silver collars would go on the rods near the servo end and let you find tune the brake bias. I didn't put them on mine because unlike the 5ive the rods are just long enough without extra threads.

How did you set up your transmitters? Did you totally disable the reverse? |

No, you need the reverse in the transmitter to send signal to the brake servo. Disable the reverse in the esc.
