Losi 1/5 DBXL-E Mechanical Brake Help

Hi all!

I just finished-up adding mechanical brakes to my DBXL-E. No instructions were included and, of course, Horizon Hobby technical support wasn't of any help, so I tried to do it on my own. Out of all the parts, the only ones that I can't place are two silver collars, the rest of the parts are installed and everything seems to be working. Here is what it looks like atm:

The two collars, which I have no idea where they go, are these:

Can someone let me know where I went wrong? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I set it up similar to my 5ive. The silver collars would go on the rods near the servo end and let you find tune the brake bias. I didn't put them on mine because unlike the 5ive the rods are just long enough without extra threads.

How did you set up your transmitters? Did you totally disable the reverse?

No, you need the reverse in the transmitter to send signal to the brake servo. Disable the reverse in the esc.

Did you plug the brake servo in the esc?
