I have been running a Bartolone 30.5cc piston port with the Bartolone pipe in my race car.

Im seriously looking into building one in the off season.

I live in Southern Ontario Canada and 5th scale is huge around here. Would be a great second class to run along with my 5B

Anyone know if I can just swap the stock engine and servos from my Losi 1/5 mini wrc into this new buggy kit straight across with no problems and just start driving it??? I have a brand new 1/5 mini WRC that has never been started, don't like the body, and would rather transfer everything over to a Losi 5 SCT or the new Losi 5 buggy

I think that would work just fine.
The only thing I do not know is if you are going to find the servo's strong and fast enough.
But it should be driveable.

Of course it'll work. The buggy is way lighter than the Mini Cooper also....
Well, what are you doing with the Cooper roller ?

How much....?

Why?? You end up changing the servos anyway. The extra $600 a rtr would cost, you might as well buy your own stuff.

No reason it shouldn't. If you choose a reed case engine you have to cut the body up.

Not really.
