The only idem I had to purchase was the EVO motor mount plate. And a extra big file because you are going to have to do alot of hand fitting of parts to get everything to line up properly. I will tell all when I get this monster finish and if it works .

Its been a while since I last posted , the RC Gremlin bit me in the butt again!! I had all kinds of problems making some stand -off for my radio tray. I finally found some I think will work. I got to get a lathe its hard to make parts with just a drill press and a file!!

Looking good!!! Been out of the game for a few minutes, dealing with family. Slowly working my way back into the r/c game as the year winds down.

Are you racing on a track or just messing around with this car?

No tracks close to me . We race on smooth school parking lots on the weekend. We run Oval and Roadcourse. Not done testing this car yet . It should have alot of on power steering in the turns.

I would invest in a rear aluminum shock tower it will prevent flexing in the rear end.

I am real pleased with the performance I am getting from my OBR 30cc MOD, LR, Reed engine!! When my FG hits second gear it almost lifts the front end up!! My FG Sportline 4WD is very fast now !! If you stick a 30cc from OBR in your FG make sure you get some high performance binders to stop it. I reccomend you go with 4 wheel hydraulics brakes and 2 brake servos.

Your gear ratios numbers are far apart so it's putting more stress on the transmission hub. You will wear it out extremely fast it's only a small pin for the lever to catch inside. I'm running a 29.5 and clocked my FG 2WD today at 67mph
