Now time to invest in some R&D

FG has a very good platform to build on in the right hands. Personally, I hope they make their new line of models capable of higher speeds

Sometimes you have to ask yourself, "At what point is fast fast enough?" I have seen plenty of videos on these cars racing and many look fast enough. When you talking about marshalling a 35lb to 50lb car, some are not going to want to marshall a race knowing that one slip and these cars can inflict major damage to your person. Just a thought to consider..................

I here you Jlock. I agree with part of what you said. I know I wouldn't want be the marshall eyeballing an incoming 35lb to 50lb car.
But the question of "what point is fast fast enough" is a question of personal preference, not a one size fits all judgement call. Whats considered fast for one guy is slow for the next.

As far as I am concerned, as long as my car is a little quicker than the competition, I would be happy with that. I don't need "balls to the wall" speed; that is only for drag racing in my opinion. Quicker track speed is what I am eyeballing........

BTW, I believe I read that you recently ordered your FG. I thought I congratulated you on the purchase, (I know you've been wanting one for a while) but I may not have pressed submit. So anyway, congrats on the purchase as I'm sure you will have much, much, well deserved fun with it.

Actually, the truck will be white with some funny colored letters on the sides. If not tomorrow, then it should be here Wednesday.
