The Inaugural North West 150!
February 2nd and 3rd
Presented by NW hobbies,
Short course based Dirt Late Models!!!
Triple A mains 50 laps a piece,
100 entry cut off
1st $1000
2nd $750
3rd $500
4th $250
5th $150
6th $100
7th $100
8th $100
If you don’t make the main event your guaranteed to make 50$ back.
All rules can be seen on ottsspeedshop.com with the exception we will not be allowing tire sauce, or short course bodies, It will be a late model class only, The truck without the body must fit into a standard short course box.
Entry fees will be $125 on the day of the race, and $100 if your pre entered by January 28th
Pre entry’s can be paid in person or mailed in to North West Hobbies at 2260 three lakes road Albany Oregon 97322

Thursday night, Club racing (off road and oval)
Friday The track will be open from 11 till 630 for open practice oval only,
Saturday the doors will open at 8am followed by 1 hour of open practice, 8 drivers at a time on the stand so please be prepared ahead of time,
Drivers meeting will be at 915 sharp with the first heat going green at 930

1 minute quals, 3 cars at a time line you up for your heats, The winner from each of the 6 car 40 lap heats will transfer to one of the 3 prelim qualifiers Saturday night, The winners from those three mains will be locked into Sundays main event, (3 locked in)

Round two of qualifying will be based on your qualifying time lining you up for another 6 car 40 lap heat. The winners from those heats will transfer to one of the three 2nd round prelim 40 lap races, With the 3 winners locked into Sundays main. Locking 6 drivers total, Ending day one. The track will be open until 8pm Saturday for testing and allowing of A open wrench session,

Sunday – Mains.
Doors open at 8am with 1 hour of open practice
915 last chance rounds. The remaining cars that haven’t made the main event will get one last shot to make it.
One more round of 40 lap heats with the winners transferring into a 50 lap lcq.

Late model fast dash! The fast 6 heat race winners will race a 20 lap dash that will determine the line up for the 150!! Line up will be determined by a ball pull. 1-6

Only the winners from the two 8 car lcqs will transfer into the final qualifying spots for the $1000 to win 150 lap Late Model main event!
Main events will be triple A mains 50 laps a piece.

Saturday will be late models only,
On Sunday we will have a 2wd stock short course oval 17.5 blinky mode only,(no foams) This will be a standard 2 qual format with the exception of triple A mains

We will also run a open comp run what ya brung race. No rules all fun! 2 quals with triple a mains, 100% open comp! So get creative with your cars side boards wings stagger everything will be legal except foams and tire sauce. No 1/8th scale
12$ entry for these two classes

At 7:00 Saturday evening Nw hobbies will be supplying dinner, Bring your own drinks.

Your $100 entry will also include a one time use 20% off parts in the Hobby shop or a one time use 20$ off kits.
This format and payout is based on a 50 car minimum if less then that show up then purse will be adjusted.

January 12th will be the official prelude to the 150! Same format as the big show 40 lap quals 50 lap triple a mains.

Doors open at 11 with racing starting at 4:00

$100 2nd
$50 3rd

Normal race nights are Thursday night starting at 630
And Sundays racing starts at 11

Nw Hobbies is open 7 days a week for practice and parts. Monday thru Saturday hours are 11-630
Sunday 9-6

After the new years we will be moving our thursday start time to 7 and moving Oval to Wednesday night starting at 7. Thursdays will be all offroad, And sundays will be combined oval and offroad.
