I wish they never said anything about this. Maybe some new info will come out at RCX, long beach.

For those of you wondering, HPI is planning for a release of the engine in the timeframe of October to December; December at the absolute latest. Along with it, they'll release their other gasser vehicles like the Super 5SC gasser, or the Apache C1 gasser since they've already figured out the exhaust for that one. Speaking of exhausts, getting exhausts for smaller-scale gassers won't be very much fun at first, but what happened with the Baja will happen with the rest of HPI's cars; many different exhausts to choose from. All performing differently and looking differently. It'll definitely be very interesting.

Looks interesting. A single plug crank sensor ignition system with the ignition module and coil all in one package that is that small looks intriguing. And for those of you who don't want to mix your own 2 stroke fuel, you can always pick up some TruFuel at your local WalMart, Home Depot, Lowes, etc...
I am already thinking about a little "port & polish" work on the crank and block for more air flow, maybe shaving the head just a bit for a little more compression, and maybe the possibility of changing the spark curve on the ignition system, all in the quest for more power (insert Tim the Tool Man manly grunts and ape sounds here).
