Help with pan car chassis Id please

1 Attachment(s)
Please could anyone help me Id this car..I bought it for 50 off craigs from a kid saying it was a tekin..It is stamped(not a sticker)on the rear carrier trinity,But assuming that could have either been a replacement or the main chassis is.
I googled the heck outa pan cars trinity,rc10,tekin and couldn't come up with a match.
Not sure if I need to buy maker specific part's or not.I want to fix it up and run at a local carpet track.
Thanks:tire:

It is a Trinity EV10 - been discontinued for roughly 15years. Some stuff, like the rear axle, tires, misc screws and so on will be compatible with modern parts but car-specific items will be nearly impossible to find.

got screwed as usual then...oh well..thanks though..I wont give up used to have one a (pan) long time ago and it was wicked fast.
Thanks

So whoever you bought it from said it was a "Tekin"? Tekin makes electronics, not entire cars, never did.

Why do you feel you got "screwed"? Fifty bucks for a vintage 1990's car ain't too bad, in my opinion.

Kid couldn't have been more than 16...But as far a part's is what I meant.
But after looking around the vintage stuff I have motors ,speed controls. I have enough to get up and running..I am sure I can get the turnbuckles and ball end's and stuff..rear end and main pan was my main concern,As well as the suspension shocks if I ever have to replace.I have no plans to thrash it for sure I really just want to cherry it up a bit and run it on the local carpet track for fun...Thanks for the input,Guess I shouldn't be so hard on myself..:D

The shocks will be replaceable with any "VCS micro" style shock but the question would be whether or not it would be worth it.

But, as hinted at by JimmyMack12, you'd be surprised how much vintage RC stuff can sometimes fetch on EBay. Replace the rusted parts, remove the stickers, clean it and you might even see a profit.
