i just bought a new boat with a 26cc zenoah motor in it.. i was putting it togetther and started it the first and second time. when i got back to it the next day to finish it off and tried to start it again.
its started after a couple pulls but right away turned off and i tried again and did the same thing one more time... now i cant get it to start at all.

the spark plug has spark i even tried petrol in the carby and even where the spark plug is. but still nothing...

any ideas please

I would try a new plug. I have seen plugs that will spark until they are under compression.

Also check the fuel lines for air leaks, and the seal around the gaskets.
