Default Tyre Caps where?

Where do you get tyre caps for 12th scale from these days? BSR tell me they still make them, but I haven't been able to find anyone on the net selling them? Any help would be appreciated.

Also, if you know where to get a steady supply of unmounted donuts, that'd be good too.

Come on. Someone must know where to get tyre caps from, please?

There must be a concrete oval, or velodrome somewhere where you need caps. Personally, I'm after them for a concrete track that is raced on at night. The surface gets quite dusty and dirty during the day, so caps are a necessity in 12th. I'm not managing to find any though I'm at the point where I'm wondering if a cut up bicycle inner tube might work.

That's a help, thanks. Any idea what the plum compound is like?
