Dan,

Glad you will be there as well. If you're feeling rusty... Have no fears, with me there you'll look like Schumacher lol.. My goal will be to keep my car right side up for 1/3 of the race.. Or maybe 1/2 lol

I try calling Daniel but he did not pick up.

Maybe he don't want to come back because David S lap him the last time they race.

Now it seems like with all the BL converted cars and the new GTP2e there is renewed interest and participation so it's time to pull the trigger.
OK, you all got me hyped up on this RC addiction again.

I just ordered up a pair of 4S Lipos, an RX8 2650Kv combo, and the parts I needed from the GTP2e to do the BL conversion on my DM1-S.

I saved about $100 going with the parts over the whole kit but it made sense for me for a couple reasons. The GTP2e kit is a bargain considering all that you get.

I don't know if I'll have it all done in time for this Sunday but maybe, if not I'll still run it Nitro. But I will be BL by the next race.

WOW you got the setup I want. The RX8 2650 is a very good combo.

OUT-FREAKIN-STANDING!!! It didn't take too many hits, errrr, much arm twisting.

Don't worry Dan, I've STOPPED getting back on the wagon a long time ago. hahahaha.

Oh and for any of you wondering....the rear diff has grease in it. I still don't know what the front has, but so far it feels good. I switched to 2k in the rear for now. Too bad I can't duplicate Charlie's great traction in my cul-de-sac. Gonna need to be dialed to keep up with you "fast" guys.

I cannot wait for SUN. Gonna be sooo much fun.

Man I hate all you Cali guys! Ya have all the fun. Up to this point, I've been able to fight the urge to pick up and move to Cali, but if ya pass that Marijuana bill, I'M THERE
On a serious note, please be sure to post some vid of your races for us poor mideastern folks.

AHhh..well...i guess what you can consider:
Corona is once a month.
Corona will have an even bigger turn out for the GT8 if you go.
Corona will have the Ofna guys there to help with set up and support.
Corona will have the track set up for the GT8's. 160'x80'.

Here is the layout.
160'x80'
15' lanes
High Grip Prepped Asphalt
