Cutting Lexan 1/5 Bodies
Ok, its time for me to cut the windows on the Porsche and this time I dont want to ruin it.
I know that most of you use the Lexan scissors but I am wondering if there are any other methods to get a smooth surface.
I was thinking of some kind of knife that has heat or maybe I can use my dreamel tool, but I dont know which bit to use.
Thanks

I use a fresh razor blade and carefully score the window all the way around. If you like--drill all the corners first and that gives the blade a nice stopping point in all the corners. Then with some careful flexing--I"m able to pop the window completely out. Once that's done--sand the edges a bit and it's a nice clean window opening.
