I run an xray too! definitely going to be competitive. the TC3 does have a lower rolling resistance but the xray is no slouch either. Yeah slam it, cut some foam down to the wheel, put some sway bars on it. and don't for get to re gear. If you have the chassis that puts all the batteries on the left use it and set them up that way. else put all the acessory weight (recevier and and speed control on the left also. if possible.

Racing begins Saturday November 9th!

Indoor 36x40 ozite carpet oval with AMB scoring.
Road course coming soon!

1/10th Nascar pan: 6-cell, ROAR 27 turn stock motors, NASCAR style bodies. Wings allowed

1/10th Touring: 4wd touring chassis, stock motors, foam or rubber tires, touring bodies or NASCAR allowed.

1/10th Gearbox Truck: Stadium style trucks, must have 4 working independent suspension, 6 cell, 3 gears in tranny, stock motor, truck body, foam or rubber tires (no spikes)

1/18th micro: Any 18th scale micro ( brp, micro rs4, etc.) 6 cell AA battery pack.

Will run any other class if there are 3 or more.
$10.00 first car, $5 per additional car.
located inside the old Cromwell school gym located on Baker street in Cromwell.
Saturdays Doors open at 4, racing @ 6!!!!
Limited hobby shop on site
Food and drink will be available at the track.

I was just thinking...

How about a racing series for RC A la the Winston CUp or something. I mean they could use sedans topped with Winston Cup style bodies (read Team Losi Winston Cup Bodies), and they could race at tracks near the Winston Cup sites. When they make road course stops, they could race on a road course rigged up sort of like the actual road course (minus the elevation changes of course), and race on ovals set up like the ovals they race on when they race at ovals. Whaddaya think? (Im posting this on the nitro oval thread as well)

Default carpet oval

i am new to oval racing and could use some help. i have an associated L2. last nite i did my first race, got there late only got 1 qualifier in then won the b main! so i am pretty pumped upp about it. any help would be great. thanks.

racerrandy: Try the rc-conferance on deccosoftware. rc-conferance The oval racers hang out there. This is an ARCOR (oval) site. I race TC on an oval track. Also check out RC-Oval
