Looks like rain on Friday, track conditions should be interesting on Sat.

Hope people will show up since it will be so cold.

It was a blast last weekend. I can't wait to see a night when there is a C-Main. Then I would get to pit for Ronnie in the C-Main and cross our fingers that he would make it into the B-Main.......

If the track is too wet, I say we slap buggy bodies and some off road tires on the cars and have at it???

side dams are for rookies
we cant run any side dams but we can run a rear spoiler that cannot exceed 3" in total length from the base of the deck lid. and we use the ofna treaded slicks for tires, thats the spec tire for the class. there is a $500 claimer rule, so basically if you get claimed you get to keep your body, wheels/tires, and electronics. Thats keeps costs down and IMHO the reason why we have over 40 people in that class. You can be very competitive with just about any RTR 1/8 buggy. Really amazing how much fun the class really is.

The bodies that James gets in Okc. City is a very good body. Plus he is a very outstand nice guy. I ran with him back in the RC/RC days in Okc. City Hot Rod/Sprint car class. My dad runs down at Comp. Rc. I going to try to start that same class up here in WI. but on Blacktop. And Claim ONLY the MOTOR for maybe $200.00 And check all the cars for the heaviest one. So everyone will add lead to get to the same weight of the heavy car. So that way everyone will be at the same lbs. So know the only thing you have is the motor. So for $200 that means you are not going to buy a 400$ motor and have it Modded and take a chance and lose it for 200$!!!! Oh And hope to be down in July to run with you guys in the Super 8ates Class. Anyways Someone tell James Hi for me.
