That is because all these "new school racers" have punked the class out. They now call it World GT, running rubber tires instead of foams and touring car bodies instead of the traditional ones like back in the day. I still call it 10th scale pan car and get blessed out at my local carpet track for calling it that. But, because of this new school mentality, they have been choking out this class as far as participation nationwide. The class needs to go back to its roots if it is to make a comeback.
