Default How many 5th scale

I don't know how many 5th scale racers there are. That's why I started this thread. I've never seen 5th scale cars race.

I would like to buy on myself but if nobody races them, what's the point. I mean, I could by a kart.

The way I understand it, you can run 5th scale on practice days at Homestead's track.

As far as our RC Pro event, I ask all 5th scale owners & racers, do you guys want a race in front of 30+Thousand spectators including the IRL?

I think the 5th scale community should take this opportunity to show Thousands of possible "Hi-End" clients that their product exists.

Bottom line, if you want to sell product; you must promote it.

Default RC Pro Homestead Miami International Fuel Challenge

Red marks the spot of the RC Pro track area.

We will be front & center stage racers, those that want to promote the sport of RC racing will have the chance to walk the walk.

This is way more than just another RC race, this is an event!

Hi everybody,

Somebody will race 1/5 scale in Homestead (march 24)?, I am from Venezuela and some people from here could be interested to attend this event if the 1/5 scale drivers concurrence is important. I will appreciate any information about 1/5 scale driver registered or with intention for this event.

Hey Jspeed,

This is Luis from Micro Motor Sport on Bird Road. I just recently acquired a Baja as we are trying to start the movement in Miami for 1/5 scales. We might be able to go out and demo?? I know it's off-road, but everyone likes to see some flying action!!!

Bringing this up.

Are there any tracks out there that regularly race 1/5 scale?

What are peoples thoughts on the Imex vehicle on the way?

For offroad 2wd, what are the best vehicles out right now?

I am looking at a Baja 5B, mainly something to fun run with since there are zero tracks for this, but as ND has a lot of open spaces could be fun.

The Shoe in Ramsey, MN (Twin Cities area) is an old go-kart track converted to RC racing.

F1 - Usually 6-10 running any given Sunday during the season
Couple of Marders
Usually a handful of 10th Sedan

Not much interest in 5th scale sedan

This weekend out in California the Sedans are running at the G.L.A.R.C.R.C Toys for Tots race at the new track. Out west more sedans then F1 by 10 -1

Over all in the USA hard core 1:5 scale races only about 100 max

Karlton I assume by hardcore you are referring to the ones who travel... There's gotta be much more that that...

He have about 15 guys out here (which is about the same as 10th and 8th also) who run TC and only 1 guy with an F1... He's finally giving up on us getting F1's and getting a sedan.... As soon as he does that I'm getting an F1... hahaha....

I'll be attending the Nat's in 2008...
