What about 1/8 buggy on-road tyres/wheels??

The store did not have a set to compare against. I know with the XO1 standard 1/8 on road tires were about a 1/4 inch smaller. Iíll try to measure a set of standard 1/8 against the XO this afternoon

Kinda butthurt hobbytown didn't tell me about this truck. I think I got trx4 day or two before this thing released.

Just saw commercial with Ken Block truck, reminded me of this thing.

I'll probably get one eventually.

They probably couldnít say anything. Arrma has said months back that they had things for summer release. But that was it till these showed up.

Default If only...

If only Arrma would have step up in motor size that would of really made a big difference between other companies and Arrma. At any rate Arrma has come a long ways while company such as HPI is slowly being a distant memory.

All over the internet are a bunch of Arrma fanboys saying this is an XO-1 "killer." Then Traxxas fanboys come back and say the XO-1 is 8 years old now and still faster out of the box. As a "fanboy" of neither company, and the owner of a XO-1, I'm genuinely curious why this is such an advancement? Why should I upgrade my existing vehicle, when I cannot see any advancements?

The car looks AMAZING, and the idea of it coming as a roller (Limitless) is very cool. I just can't see the innovation. I looked through the entire Arrma "gigasite," and all the features they're advertising (except the awesome truck body) are on the Traxxas. Centre brace, big bore shocks, 3mm aluminium chassis with aerodynamics, rear diffuser, etc, etc.

I hope people buy HEAPS of these cars so that Traxxas update the XO1, because the Kraton encouraged Traxxas to update the E-Revo. Competition is an excellent thing.

That said, my only suggestion would be to update the XO1's body to have the "clip-less" body mounting system that's on the Rustler 4x4, E-Revo v2 and X-Maxx.

Welcome back.

Some just canít let a vehicle be itself. It has to a killer of something.

The Nero was once going to be the Revo/Summit Killer.

Kraton/Typhoon was going to be a The Revo killer.

Unless it's old news, the 2 new trucks are the 1/10 versions of the Kraton and Outcast

Yeah they have 1/8 "buggy" electronics, 120amp ESC and a 4268 2400kv motor. 4S only

A bit of competition for the Proline MT and Tekno MT410
