First of all you have to be 21 year of age to buy a handgun. So if a buyer was interested it would need to be set up through a gun shop. So no idiot kid could buy the gun anyways.

Hope thayt answers your question.

Did I say you were an idiot? No what I said, and if you knew anything about guns and the laws that regulate them (at least for those of us who are honest) is that you need to be at least 21 years of age and have no criminal record. You are obviously not 21 years of age so it would be impossible for you to purchase my particular gun. So only an idiot kid who is not 21 years of age would try to purchase my particular gun online. Any further questions on the laws that regulate gun sales should be directed toward your local gun dealer.

To complete a legal transaction the seller would either have to posses (in his full name) an ink signed federal firearms license or have somebody who does posses one ship the firearm to another individual or business that also posses an FFL, the end buyer of the firearm would then have to pick up the weapon from the receiving FFL holder, who would as per FEDERAL law run a background check (Brady Bill) and finish all apropiate paperwork before the gun could be released to the buyer.

In short, it is a felony to recieve a firemarm or to ship one without an FFL.

So while it is possible that a juvenile could purchase the gun, there would be several felonies committed in the proccess. Also 13 round mags (regardless of manufacture date) are illegal in a few states, assuming every detail of the law was followed up to that point selling and shipping a high capacity magazine to one of the states would constitute an illegal action.

I wasn't going to post this reply, but felt that things needed to be clearified for those who were interested in the legalities.
