Vector programs -Wanted-

Anyone have any vector cutting programs . Or fonts . I'm looking for what ever . CHEAP please.
Vector mean = a object that is able to be cut by the vinyl machine to read and cut out stickers.

INKSCAPE

You should go check out inkscape. I use it all the time for logo design and it's freakin free!!!
