I purchased this new about a year ago at the Apple store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Immediately upon opening it from the box, I installed a screen protector and case protector. If you choose to remove both of these, it is picture perfect...not a scratch. There is no personalized engraving on the case. This has never been dropped.

I've used mainly while commuting on the train and a few flights. It has software version 2.2.1. I recently got a new job that provided an iPhone...don't need the iPod any more.

I have the original box, Product Information Guide, Quick Start, and original (unused) headphones (they don't fit my ears), docking cable, new screen cleaning cloth...even comes with the two Apple stickers. This is everything that came with the new iPod.

by the way thats not a 3g they dont make them in 16gb...

to prove it truly is a 3g when everyone knows its not.. post the serial number and i will look it up in the database and screen shot where it says all the info about it!
