SH engines

Does anybody use these engines? I'm thinking about getting one for a traxxas jato for ROAR legality. Can anybody give me any informationabout the Pro .12 rear exhaust in particular?

Thanks in advance

I had a SH .15 pullstart sideexhaust motor in my car once simply because it was cheap it was crap...

I have been doing some research on the net as I am looking for a good engine for my Truggy. The SH engines "WERE" reported to be not that reliable as the internals weren't very strong. That problem seemed to have been solved with their new Pro series engines. The black crankcase with the new red head sure looks good.

I am having a hard time picking between the SH and STS. :sneaky:

Thanks for the replies guys. I have acess to a TZ and a TR at my hobby shop but this was a great deal if it was good. I will probably go with the OS's. thanks again.

Don't waist your hard earned money on the OS TR-12... That motor is not bad but, it's discontinued... The OS-TZ-12 is the way to go... It's a completely different design and the power it makes is like night and day compared to the old TR... .02

Thanks RC_Alan but i race on a slick track and the TR would be better for that track. May get the TZ for better track conditions
