The plus 12 tuned engine was like

It was a many years ago version, probably 2006-7.
End of production already.
So many choices other than this one.
Say for example, os is a very price performance engine. Parts much cheaper than nova rossi

These were among the best Novarossi engines made. Many of the third party tuned nova's like maxpower are based upon the plus design.
