hi, i'm new to this sport, and have just bought a "sidewinder" 1:10 r/c electric car kit.
i have run it in ok, but a couple of times, even though i have a "car saver" electric controller fitted, what happens is that when the car is going at not much faster than idle speed, it suddenly accelerates to full throttle,by itself, and flies away. i can't stop it with the brakes, or turn it off. it just stops when it crashes into something. can you help with some advise on the possible cause of this malfunction, and what to do to remedy the fault???
thanks, and regards,
Andrew
