2 Q's Help!!!
I have 2 VERY important questions, 1 . ive heard novarossi plugs are not up to standard lately etc...i have a NEW Maxpower XL9 TQ just broken in, absoultly the fastest motor ive ever run<thankyou sam> I purchased several Ninja plugs<made by grp> as i heard they are a awesome stand in plug for the motor, plug MR17CC7 Con Cold#7 , but after inspection from plug that came with motor, these plugs are shorter than the novarossi standard #7 that came with it, when i blew the old fuel out<3 seconds on the starter box>,installed Mugen engine oil, i saw bubbles form at base of plug,as i ran on box to spread the oil properly, i had pretty tight, i tightened more and it stopped, is that common/Almost uncomfortable tightening that much, is this plug going to screw up my motor???Or will it run better than the current novarossi plugs, Question #2 I was running Tornado 25% fuel, could not find where to buy more, purchased Byrons race fuel Gen 2 25% 11 percent oil, how is this fuel compared to my tornado, and is this up to spec, i heard of motors blowing with the tornado and its "finicky" fuel, naturally i dont want to mess this motor up...So are these plugs the "Ones"? and is the tornado-Byron's move a good one, or has the tornado since been improved etc..i love how my car has been running with the origonal combo, and dont want to sacrafice anything performance wise, but naturally dont need fuel that's so on the edge, i can pop this AWESOME motor!!...Please no bias responses, these concerns are legit, and i just want my motor to run as good as it has!! Thankyou in advance..2 big moves on a just broken-in motor hopefully im going in right direction!!

I've been using the grp plugs for over a year now in my JP and max engines.
In the beginning of 08 the nova plugs started to get worse and there were a lot of failures. The grp ones are a perfect fit and give a slighter higher top speed.
They last a long time and give the best burning i've ever seen.
In terms of fuel, if you're running a engine hard and on the limit i wouldn't
advise you of using Tornado, unless you have the special sidney formula.
The best fuel there is is Runnertime, period. It allows you to run the engine a lot harder, between Tornado and runnertime, it allowed me to lean the engine a full turn.
And still it gives the best lubrication, bearings last a lot longer, and you can actually see that all the parts have a nice oily coating.
Byron's and maxy i can't say anything about since they aren't available over here.

It is known under the name "viscosity"..
Runnertime is a bit "thinner"....
Tornado is a very good fuel, also if your not running the sidney formula..
But always look for this trail of smoke from your exhaust....

He is saying that there are better fuels than Tornado. Tornado has 9% pure synthetic lubrication while most other fuels are using a mix of synthetic and castor oils. Castor oil is giving a better lubrication and after running it gives a layer inside the engine so afterrun is not needed.
Tornado isn't a bad fuel but your engine does need afterrun treatments to prevent rust.

So which one Mugen fuel is based on? Here we all use Mugen fuel.

What was the older Max 721 based on? Is it an R1 based motor or a budget motor or what? I might be able to pick up a new one cheap.
