Quest. about RB S7 C engine

How does this engine compare to other .21 on-road engines. I know it is considered a sport engine but I don't feel like spending $400 - 500 on a C5 or other engines. What is a good priced on-road engine roughly $200-300. Any help would be great.

You can get the O.S. VZ-R II for about $300 at Tower. SOmeone mentioned Cipola engines, I dont know where to get them though. The guy who mentioned it goes by DUNELAND

.

Yes, I saw that too around $220 I think at the 1/8 loosing popularity forum. RB S7C is good enough if you are starting. I know a friend of mine got in the A main with that motor before against C4 before. I do know one person currently with O.S. VZ-RII 3 gallons of 40% never replaced the rod running at 240F and still has a pinch. He made it in the A main aswell with MRX4 at the West Coast Challenge. What is your experience with this motor? Are they really good?
