Do the holes in the HSN matter?

Just wondering does anyone know if it matters how the holes line up on the HSN and the brass olive/nipple that the actual fuel line connects to. There are two holes, one on each side in the HSN and only one for fuel entry in the brass olive/nippley thingy

Does it affect tuning at all depending on how they are aligned?

I hope this has made more sense for you than what it has for me, thanks

No it doesn't. Certainly not that I've experienced.

The holes definitely matter but how they are aligned does not.

It doesn't matter, Nipple end has a bango fitting, fuel completely around it.
