i cant even find a techwell .12 on the net. i havent seen one nor have i heard of them before. i fyou are running a std threaded crank with a pull start ? then i would suggest an OS 12cvrx, they are a littlebit more in price but believe me its worth the bit extra. the quality of the motor would be better and being a direct fit for a threaded crank and pullstart, they put out nearly 1hp, reliable and easy to tune and they hold their tune. if you have a bit extra dough, then i would spend it on a better engine. i am going through the same thing at the moment and maybe i should have spent the cash to start with in the beginning.

techwell engines are not what would be called long lasting motors.
you can get one and it will be ok but remember, you get what you pay for
best option would be to buy a proven brand of engine
it'll cost you a little more but you'll save money in the long run

hey guys,

i was thinking about purchasing the LRP z.18s PRO i dont know if this will be a better option, it will fit straight into my fw-05s also cause it has a standard crankshaft so ther eis no extra cost of purchasing flywheels, bearings etc...what do you guys think about the LRPz.18s PRO and also what should i run a .18 size motor in with ? what nitro % thanks.
