Default Novarossi 421BX Starting

This is not my first nitro engine, but the first time having this problem.
New 421bx ran in great on bench (used heat cycle break in method) when installed into MBX-5 first few tanks fine, racing yesterday first cold start tried to run backards, used different starter boxes started right sometimes and backwards other times, 20% nitro 14% oil, 0.5 head shim (standard), when motor runs right, it goes like shit. Any Ideas?

Engines can start in the wrong direction....
Normally when an engine runs the wrong way, it ignites to early...

Try to use a colder glowplug and add 0.1mm of head shims......
