i picked up a nitro RS4 3 with the stage d kit that is darn near brand new from the looks of it but i cant find anything on the engine that's on it, it has HPI casted on one side of the block and K12 on the other and then on one side of the carb it says Novarossi and HPI on the other side, i cant find anything on this engine other then its a nova based engine. any one have any knowledge of this little engine, like if i can maybe use parts from a nova engine for it?

With the help of Google I do see a Novarossi engine with a side exhaust. I think it will be close to the old SX12 engines from Novarossi and NovaMega.

the sx12 was listed wrong it was a rear exhaust... i know because i bought one....

the side exhaust is the all based on CX12
