1/10 touring car engine

I am definatly new to onroad but not to dirt. Can someone help me out with a decet 1/10 touring car engine and pipe combo?

Picco EDO with the 2669 Picco pipe. Will run you about $400-$450 which is less than just a brand new Novarossi .12 motor. Also, look for used motors from quality drivers locally that know how to tune and properly care for a motor. There is a SONIC motor/pipe combo that is less money than the Picco combo.
