Default Grade of Steel used in Novarossi Based Crankshafts?

Does any one know? It is supposed "High grade", but doed that mean high/low carbon content? I'm asssuming they can be hardened as JP does this already.

jp cranks are produced by novarossi and aren't harder....


they just receive a surface treatment........
