Just wanted to ask when i want to tight High Speed Needle Housing Brass on the carb (just need to change a position of fuel pipe), do i need to center two holes? One on housing brass and second on plastic intake fuel pipe? If yes its a bit hard and doesnt want to be centered on that position where i want to...

No need to get the holes in line, here is space arround it so fuel will always come through.
