Beter conrod is always better

Is the conrod still produced by the picco factory?

Well, I haven't had problems with the conrod, but that is because I exchange it every 3-4 liter of fuel, just to be on the save side. After 6 liters of fuel, I had to exchange the bearings, And now after 8 liters, I exchanged the piston/liner set, with a new conrod again.......
But, as I am a competition driver, I won't take the risk of an engine failure......

What kind of clutch it is the better for Picco/Novamega engine on V1RRR???
I have run yesterday with my new PICCO .12 IELASI MODIFIED. It is an airplane!!!! But the clutch seems to work irregularly.
I am not interested in clutch settings.... I have tried all possible settings.
I want to know if it is better to use KYOSHO red shoes or the harder spring (MADE BY KYOSHO), or these two togheter.
Currently I use KYOSHO dark grey shoe.
Let me know.

Default Front Bearing

I just took my ZX12 apart yesterday and put a Palmaris conrod and bearing in.

I also put an old NovaRossi carb on it.
I tested it for air leaks (blow on the fuel tube while putting my fingers on exhaust and carb and spraying leak detection spray...) and it didn't have any leaks except for the front bearing.....is that bad??
Is it supposed to be airtight? I think it is very hard to make a high speed ball bearing airtight....

No, the front bearing can not be airtight. The bearing construction won't allow it. As there it no great deal of low/high pressure there it is not a problem though.

Default Motor Mount

Can anybody tell me if the motor mount on the RRR WCE will properly accept the Mega ZX 12? What about the MTX 3 & 4? If they do fit, why does Serpent make different mounts for the Mega & Novarossi?

Thanks.

As long that isn't a mono block mount it will fit. The Mega block have a slight diffrence in the mounting ears than Nova based engines.

I believe that the RRR WCE has a monoblock. Is it the width of the ears or the spacing of the holes on the ears?
