i have good news for everyone who has been having the problem of your engine overheating. i was at my local track today, and paolo (heads Serpent USA) came to the track. he helped me with my engine... basically, you know the part that you screw into on the carb to tighten the carb down, he grinded them down a bit. i would have to say .5mm on both sides. anyhow, my engine worked very well. like i said in many postings before, it probably has the most power out of all my engines. of course, it still does have the conrod issue. but to me, it is worth changing since you have the extra power.

ixlr8nz,
I think what he is talking about, Might be the barrel srcew locks. The 2 little pieces you have to install the tiny O-rings on before you install the carb. Take the 2 ends that will butt up to each other and sand or lightly grind down those sides ( where they butt togehter some so it can pull tighter together, insted of bottoming out on each other.
Joe,
'Correct me if I am Wrong here.

If anyone is intrerested in a starting royal palm set-up, let me know. I an post it if you want. For the 710, thats is, as I have never ran the other cars. I will say, a lazier car works better at royal palm, to a point. As for tires start with 37's for qual.
