Default Exhaust gasket

I been running thru exhaust gaskets here lately. Who makes a good exhaust gasket for .12 engines. I'm currently using Nova gaskets on all of my Novarossi based engines.

how fast are we talking here??
I thought nova gaskets were really good quality?
Maybe there's too much vibration causing the header to move around too much on the gasket, eventually weakening it prematurely? O.o

The question is which part is failing? I was using a brand not to be named and the header was cutting through the flange portion of the gasket and I switched to rossi and they work well. The only thing I wish they would do better is have the diameter stay the same on the part which inserts into the header. But I have yet to find a brand that doesn't do that.

I would go thru one a club race. It always tore near the tip of the engine exhaust never at the flange. But since you mentioned it; my spring is somewhat loose I might have some vibrations there. I changed it today at my club race. It still looks good. I will see what happens next week. Thanks for the tip.
