RS4 3evo...set up

Greetings,
My 7 yr old son is driving the above car and we were wondering on the set up...
We finally got it to shift to 2nd gear but the handling was terrible...we appreciate any suggestion as the car is pretty much stock on how to improve its performance.....many thanks
