I also think that the O Donnell plug will fit. I have found this:

Different taper. I've never seen a plug with a different thread. But the conical portion of a turbo plug has a different taper to it. Picco,Novarossi,OS,
all use different tapers. I've only used OS plugs in OS engines. I never found a replacement. I have no problem with OS engines; its just hard to find decent priced plugs for those engines in my neck of the woods.
