Hey Roger:

Sorry, I didn't see your post earlier. I will be honest, I am still trying to get these engines broken in. I have been quite happy with the older version ABI and had good success with those engines. I am very confident that the new engines will perform well.

If these things are based on a Sirio XXX, would I need the Sirio engine mount for my Serpent?

Good engine. I already have podium finishes with mine.

My biggest gripe is that it takes forever to break in.

Difference with the old one?An updated version or a new design? Are you aware?

To any of you guys running this engine ... have you seen / heard how these respond to the 'Murnan" treatment ??

According to Adrien most of it is different. I do know that the rod is different, the case is different. I am not too technical with this stuff. I break it in, start it and run it. It runs fast and makes mileage.

Where can I get these engines in the states?
The new version 2013?
Are they worth it?
