Thanks guys,

When you say P7, is it:

Picco Hot On-road Conical Seat Plug 7 (P7TH)

OR

Picco Cold On-road Conical Seat Plug 7 (P7TC)

Default Plug

Micheal, engine comes with P7TC. Yes depending on weather you can run P6TC for quicker response.

Rebuilding my .21 Torque at the moment, the head clearance seems to be 0.30 mm, but i seen people saying not to use this clearance for 25% fuel, any ideas of what i should do?

The head clearance should be 0.45 -0.50 mm.

Did you measure the actual clearance or just the shims?

The thickness of the shims does NOT equal the head clearance.

You have to either measeure the height of you combustion chamber and the height from the top of the piston at TDC to the upper end of the sleeve.

The difference needs to be added to the thickness of the shims.

Or you can use solder to measure it.
